EU representatives fail to listen Parliament’s mandate over UN Treaty on Business & Human Rights negotiations
Last week in Geneva, the EU’s representatives at the negotiations for a United Nations Treaty on Business and Human Rights have failed to genuinely support the development of the treaty, including failing to even show up to one of the sessions.

International parliamentarians meet in Brussels to back the UN Binding Treaty

Binding instrument Draft 0 released!
On the 20th July 2018 the Presidency of the open-ended intergovernmental working group has published the draft 0 of the Binding Treaty, which will be discussed on the 4th session of the working group between the 15th and 20th October 2018.
