My view or my invitation to the members of parliament, not only from the Zambian National Assembly, but also the parliaments in the Southern Africa.
We need to be involved, because the issues to do with the transnational corporations, they are affecting our people. So as leaders, we need to come in, we need to provide leadership, especially as individual parliaments.
It’s very important that we come in and see how best we can support the legislation at the international level so that these transnational corporations, if in these individual countries, specific countries, they find a way to escape from those laws, regulations in these countries, the international law, at the international level, can take care.
